Lapaco Paper Products Ltd was founded in 1950 in Lachine, Quebec by Mr. René Derail. Thanks to his ingenuity and perseverance, Mr. Derail was a pioneer in the design, production and development of automated equipment for paper converting. Over the years, Lapaco has expanded its product line to include placemats, doilies, napkins, and tablecovers. Today the company is a North American leader in the table-top setting industry, as well as the food processing, bakery and healthcare markets.

The company now offers more than 600 disposable paper products for its customers to such diverse markets as foodservice lodging, healthcare automotive, promotional specialities, and the bakery industry.

As a market leader the company continues to focus on diversification of products by investing in state-of-the-art equipment.

HACCP certification, the addition of (EDI) electronic invoicing and electronic data interchange and the implementation of a new customer service department just to name a few are clear indications that Lapaco is taking the necessary steps to ensure total client satisfaction, which is the foundation of our corporate mission.
