Doilies

Use Doilies:

Glassine vs. Grease Resist: What is the difference?

Glassine:

• Glassine is the same paper as regular doily paper but it is polished to a high shine

• Glassine is less sticky than regular doily paper

• Glassine is the best choice for refrigerated areas

• Glassine does not resist oils, fats or butter from moving through the paper

Grease Resist:

• Grease resist doilies have a grease resistant additive added to the paper that helps prevent grease, butter and oil from leaking through

• Grease resist is the best choice for use with products with a higher oil content

• Grease resist is not shiny and looks like a regular doily
